Key Logistics
All you need to know for Changing Life & Destiny 2024!
Hotel Block
A block of limited hotel rooms has been blocked at the Hilton Granite Park Hotel. Please use this link to secure your discounted room rate.
Shipping
Shipping will be processed through Superior Expo Services for our 2025 conference. SES will receive your shipment, place it at your booth on Saturday morning, pick up your shipment on Sunday night, then ship it back to your desired destination the following week.
COI/HHA Requirements
A Certificate of Insurance will be required for the conference. If you hold your own insurance, you may provide a COI, but we have also secured a partnership with a company that can provide a COI for this event for only $75. Please let us know if you need insurance through our partnership.
A Hold Harmless Agreement will be required by the Hotel for any exhibitor who has a technology, product, or service that requires a person to participate with said technology, product, or service.
Medical Waste
Any exhibitor with medical waste must arrange for the proper disposal of said waste. The hotel is not responsible for that type of waste from our conference. (i.e. sharps).
Electricity
Electricity for your booth will be requested and provided onsite, the event company that works with the hotel. A link to book directly and pay for this electricity will be provided for you once payment for your booth has been processed.
Goodie Bag
As a way to continue the promotion after the event, each exhibitor will have an opportunity to provide something for a Goodie Bag handed out at the conference. We will give you a number and details of where to send these items at a later date.
Presentations
Certain exhibitors will qualify to fill one of our 20-minute presentations that are to be filmed and uploaded to our online resource as well as the Metaverse. There is a fee to participate in this presentation, and if you are interested in finding out if you qualify, please let Stephanie know.
